Resident Evil: Death Island (Vùng Đất Quỷ Dữ: Đảo Tử Thần) là một bộ phim hoạt hình kinh dị khoa học viễn tưởng của Nhật Bản năm 2023 do Eiichiro Hasumi đạo diễn và Makoto Fukami viết kịch bản. Đây là phần tiếp theo của Resident Evil: Vendetta (2017) và là phần thứ tư trong loạt phim Resident Evil được chuyển thể từ trò chơi điện tử. Phim có sự tham gia lồng tiếng của Erin Cahill, Kevin Dorman, và Robbie Daymond.
Phim lấy bối cảnh một năm sau sự kiện của Resident Evil: Vendetta, khi một nhóm những kẻ khủng bố đã phát tán một loại virus mới trên Alcatraz Island, biến cư dân thành những thây ma hung hãn. Leon S. Kennedy và Claire Redfield được giao nhiệm vụ ngăn chặn dịch bệnh lây lan và tìm ra kẻ đứng sau vụ việc.
